Internet AD Blocking

If you're like me you spend a fair amount of time online. Now no matter what your reason for using the internet is, you have certainly had some form of advertisement pop-up while conducting an internet search. Now if you're like me these adds are a constant annoyance. I use the internet as a tool; I know what I want to do before I get online, so the ever constant presence of ads popping up trying to redirect me can be very distracting.
